• Prospect Actively — Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and targeted outreach to identify potential clients and investment opportunities.
• Respond to Inquiries — Follow up promptly and professionally with inbound leads, guiding prospects through the sales process.
• Manage Client Relationships — Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors — providing personalized service from first contact through closing.
• Deliver Call-to-Action Offers — Craft compelling presentations and offers that motivate prospects to act confidently and move forward.
• Execute the Sales Process — Lead transactions from initial engagement through closing. Our operations team manages all coordination and documentation.
• Market Specialization — Develop deep expertise in your chosen commercial niche — whether industrial, retail, office, multifamily, or specialty asset classes.
• Maintain Database Accuracy — Verify and update client and property data in the CRM to ensure clean, actionable records that support consistent follow-up and revenue generation.
The Marketing Team owns all collateral production, including:
◦ Property listings and OM packages
◦ Brochures and print materials
◦ Email campaigns and digital advertisements
Your role is to collaborate on listing strategy and messaging — not to produce materials yourself.
• Active real estate license (required for this track)
• Experience in sales, commercial real estate, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of commercial real estate trends, property valuation, and transaction processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experienceis a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• No prior real estate experience required — just the drive to learn and succeed
• Eligible to obtain a real estate license in your state
• Strong communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in competitive, entrepreneurial environments
• Coachable, disciplined, and committed to putting in the work for big results
