Properties Research

Conduct comprehensive research on commercial properties, including gathering information on property characteristics, ownership, market trends, and pricing.

Contacts Research

Identify and compile a database of key contacts within the commercial real estate industry, including property owners, developers, investors, and brokers.

Sale Comparables

Research recent sales transactions and comparable properties to assess market value, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.

Development Research

Gather data on potential development opportunities, including zoning regulations, land use restrictions, market demand, and feasibility studies.

Rent Comparables

Analyze rental rates and lease terms for comparable properties to assess market demand and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial real estate research or a similar analytical role is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with real estate databases and research tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
