CRM Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Salesforce CRM Administrator. The Administrator will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Salesforce CRM system, generating reports, and coordinating with outside consultants to optimize system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience with Salesforce CRM administration, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration

  • Customize and configure the Salesforce CRM system to meet the specific needs of our commercial real estate operations.
  • Implement new features, modules, and workflows as required to improve efficiency and productivity.

Reports

  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze data trends and provide recommendations for process improvements and strategic decision-making.

Coordinating Outside Consultants

  • Liaise with external Salesforce consultants and vendors to coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop and implement best practices and strategies for CRM optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM administration, with a focus on configuration and customization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
