Key Responsibilities
Recruiting
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Onboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions, processing paperwork, and coordinating training programs.
- Ensure new hires have the necessary resources and support to succeed in their roles.
Payroll
- Manage payroll processes, including timekeeping, payroll processing, and distribution of paychecks.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees in a timely and professional manner.
Compliance
- Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support legal compliance and best practices.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruiting and payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
