Inside Sales Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our commercial real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and cultivating prospects through proactive outreach. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to launch their career in real estate. The position is primarily in-office, Monday through Friday. While there is potential for growth into a full-time brokerage role, this is not a requirement of the position.

Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online databases, public records, and networking.
  • Execute outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email marketing, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the brokerage team.

Prospect Outreach:

  • Initiate contact with prospects to introduce our services and build rapport.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with prospects to nurture relationships and advance the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.

Data Management:

  • Verify and update contact information in the CRM database.
  • Distribute marketing content and materials to prospects.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the brokerage team with various sales-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Persistent and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Real estate license preferred but not required.
