Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online databases, public records, and networking.
- Execute outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email marketing, and direct mail campaigns.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the brokerage team.
Prospect Outreach:
- Initiate contact with prospects to introduce our services and build rapport.
- Conduct follow-up communication with prospects to nurture relationships and advance the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Data Management:
- Verify and update contact information in the CRM database.
- Distribute marketing content and materials to prospects.
Sales Support:
- Assist the brokerage team with various sales-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
- Persistent and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Real estate license preferred but not required.
