Key Responsibilities

Assist with Lead Generation

Support the Marketing Team Lead in creating and executing lead generation strategies for recruiting, seller prospects, and buyer prospects through digital marketing and traditional channels.

Support in Creating Sales Materials

Help design and produce marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and offering memorandums to highlight available properties and services.

Content Creation

Assist in writing and editing thought leadership articles, blog posts, and other content to position The Gorden Group as a trusted industry leader.

Social Media Management

Help manage company social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance. Assist in developing content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.

Email Marketing Campaigns

Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep clients informed about market trends, new properties, and company updates.

Support in Creating Newsletters

Contribute to the development and distribution of newsletters, showcasing company updates, market trends, and thought leadership content.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, including lead generation, social media engagement, and email marketing metrics. Provide insights and suggestions for improvement.

Event Coordination

Assist with planning and promoting company events and webinars to engage with industry leaders and potential clients.

Administrative Support

Perform general administrative tasks related to marketing operations, as well as other duties as assigned by the Marketing Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Preferably in their Senior Year of College.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital marketing strategies.
• Basic understanding of content marketing, SEO, and marketing automation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
