Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Operations Manager. This role serves as the "Chief of Staff" and is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), facilitating meeting agendas, and providing comprehensive support to the team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of operational best practices, and the ability to drive efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

"Chief of Staff" Role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing strategic guidance and support in decision-making processes.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Meeting Agendas

  • Develop and manage meeting agendas for executive leadership meetings, team meetings, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Ensure meetings are productive, focused, and aligned with business priorities.

EOS Implementation

  • Lead the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) methodology within the organization.
  • Facilitate EOS meetings, including quarterly planning sessions, weekly check-ins, and issue-solving sessions.

Team Support

  • Provide comprehensive support to the team, including administrative assistance, project management, and resource coordination.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of operational best practices, including project management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
  • Experience with EOS implementation and facilitation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
