Key Responsibilities
Transaction Coordination:
- Manage all aspects of the closing process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- Prepare and organize due diligence documentation.
- Maintain and distribute due diligence vaults.
- Track critical dates and milestones.
- Coordinate site visits and property inspections.
- Assist with file deal agreements and commission processing.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct property research, including identifying comparable properties (comps).
- Gather and analyze market data, development information, and rent comps.
- Maintain and update property databases and contact lists.
Listing Management:
- Assist with the preparation of listing agreements and marketing materials.
- Track listing progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide exceptional client care and communication throughout the listing process.
Operations Support:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with the implementation of systems and processes.
- Support team initiatives and special projects.
- Assist with commission tracking and reporting.
- Support expense tracking and budget management.

Qualifications
- Proven administrative or assistant experience, preferably in a real estate or related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Real estate license is a plus.
