Real Estate Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our growing commercial real estate team. This is a multifaceted role that offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of the real estate business and grow into a key leadership. Key Responsibilities

Transaction Coordination:

  • Manage all aspects of the closing process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Prepare and organize due diligence documentation.
  • Maintain and distribute due diligence vaults.
  • Track critical dates and milestones.
  • Coordinate site visits and property inspections.
  • Assist with file deal agreements and commission processing.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct property research, including identifying comparable properties (comps).
  • Gather and analyze market data, development information, and rent comps.
  • Maintain and update property databases and contact lists.

Listing Management:

  • Assist with the preparation of listing agreements and marketing materials.
  • Track listing progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide exceptional client care and communication throughout the listing process.

Operations Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with the implementation of systems and processes.
  • Support team initiatives and special projects.
  • Assist with commission tracking and reporting.
  • Support expense tracking and budget management.

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Real estate license is a plus.
