Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by generating leads, responding to inquiries, managing clients, and executing the sales process effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the commercial real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research, to identify potential clients and investment opportunities.

Lead Response

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential clients, providing relevant information and guiding them through the sales process.

Verify Contacts and Real Property Data in Database

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client information and real property data in the database by regularly verifying and updating records.

Distribute Content

Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and online advertisements, to promote available properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.

Sales Process/Selling

Execute the sales process from initial contact to closing, including conducting property tours, negotiating terms, and preparing contracts.

Manage Clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and addressing their needs and concerns throughout the sales process.

Make Call to Action Offers

Create and deliver compelling call-to-action offers to potential clients, encouraging them to take the next steps in the sales process and make informed decisions.

Property Valuation

Conduct property valuations and assessments to determine market value and pricing strategies for listings, ensuring competitive pricing and maximizing sales potential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate market trends, property valuation methods, and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
