Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. The Sales Manager will be responsible for providing strong leadership, effective management, and fostering a culture of accountability to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, proven sales leadership abilities, and a passion for mentoring and coaching team members.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management

  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with company strategy.
  • Manage and support a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Accountability

  • Establish accountability measures and performance metrics to track progress towards sales goals.
  • Hold team members accountable for their performance through regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Drive Revenue

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Training/Mentoring/Coaching

  • Provide comprehensive training, mentoring, and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales techniques, negotiation skills, and client relationship management.

Problem Solving

  • Address challenges and obstacles hindering sales performance promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze market data and trends to identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions.

Develop Call to Action Offers

Create compelling call to action offers and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.

Goal Setting

  • Set clear and achievable sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor progress towards goals and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate sales with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
