Delano’s passion for commercial real estate is rooted in his interest in community-driven assets that balance long-term stability with real growth potential.
Armed with experience in underwriting, negotiation, and deal structuring, Delano guides owners through complex transactions with clarity and confidence. His background as a former football player shows up in his work ethic: disciplined, team-oriented, and relentlessly focused on the win.
Outside the office, Delano is active in his church, committed to community service, and happiest when he’s fishing or spending time at the dog park with his pets.

Avery Renner – Investment Advisor
Avery Renner brings a powerful mix of academic insight and hands-on experience to the Mobile Home Park team. As she completes her degree in Business with a minor in Real Estate at Arizona State University, she has already built a deep passion for MHPs—drawn to the operational, NOI-driven nature of the asset class.
Growing up with serial entrepreneur parents shaped her instinct for business early on. Today, she uses that foundation to help park owners improve operations, refine strategy, and elevate community value.
Born and raised in Arizona, Avery knows the market intimately. She lives in Phoenix, began her college years on ASU’s cheer team, and is an avid traveler who rarely goes anywhere without her Pomeranian—especially if a beach is involved.
Her favorite part of the business?
Hearing owner stories and helping them unlock their communities’ highest potential.

Logan Phillips – Investment Advisor
Commercial real estate drew Logan in for its blend of strategy and human connection—two elements that define his daily work with clients.
He’s also walking the talk: Logan has begun building his own investment portfolio, starting with multi-plex properties, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards owners experience.
Logan is especially passionate about the MHP sector for its balance of strong investment fundamentals and meaningful community impact.
When he’s not working on deals, you’ll find him working out, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.
